About : There are at least 50 species of Yucca within the Agavaceae, and numerous subspecies, varieties, forms, cultivars and hybrids of horticultural merit.The leaves are dark green to blue and in natural habitat an average of 80-100cm long and 5cm wide, but in cultivation they can reach lengths of 120-140cm. Yucca treculeana is a large, tree-like species up to 10 m (33 feet) tall, often branching above the ground. Leaves are up to 128 cm (50 inches) long. Flowers are cream-colored, sometimes tinged with purple. Fruits are fleshy and succulent.
